Grantor (Texas Department of Agriculture) shall own any intellectual property developed in whole or in part with Grant funds under this Agreement, regardless of value. Grantee (Central Texas Hills and Rivers Region) may elect to receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive, nontransferable, irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use, any copyright, patent, or any other invention or discovery developed under or in connection with Grant funds.
